我们报告了两个高银河纬度云团 G192-67 和 MBM 23-24 的距离确定。文献中不存在这两个云的距离确定。对这两个云的观测了 34 颗早型星，其中超过半数具有来自 Hipparcos 卫星的测距结果。对于剩余的星体，我们进行了光谱距离估计。数据由位于 Kitt Peak 国家观测站 Coude Feed 望远镜上获得的 Na I D 线中心的高分辨率 echelle 光谱组成。向其中一些星体检测到星际吸收线，使我们能够确定 G192-67 的距离为 109±14 pc，MBM 23-24 的距离为 139±33 pc。我们讨论了这些云与其他 ISM 特征（如 Local Hot Bubble 和中性氢局部洞）之间的关系。
