摘要
富氦亚矮星O(sdO)是处于前白矮星演化态的热致密星。它们大多数有效温度和表面重力在 Teff = 40,000-50,000 K 和 log g = 5.5-6.0 范围内。其大气以氦为主。即便存在,C、N和O也仅为痕量元素。丰度模式用单星演化(晚期氦核闪)或双星氦核白矮星并合中的核合成来解释。在此我们宣布发现两颗表现出异常强碳线和氧线的热氢贫sdO(PG1654+322和PG1528+025)。对大型双筒望远镜和LAMOST巡天所获光谱的非局部热动平衡(non-LTE)模型大气分析揭示出惊人的高丰度C(约20%)和O(约20%),且这两颗星靠近氦主序。二者确立了一类新的热氢贫亚矮星光谱型(CO-sdO),并可被证认为吸积了并合低质量CO核白矮星物质的氦核白矮星遗迹。我们得出结论:除经历晚期氦壳闪的单星演化外,CO-sdO代表了产生PG1159星的另一种演化通道。
