摘要
对由柱和环组成的重入腔结构中的谐振模式特性进行了分析并进行了实验验证。特别是，我们证明了此类结构中存在高阶重入腔模式。结果表明，新腔体具有两个重入模式，其中一个比单柱谐振器具有更好的位移灵敏度，而另一个的灵敏度则较低。当间隙间距小于 100 m 时，较灵敏的模式比单柱谐振器好 1.5 到 2 倍。此类腔体有潜力作为高灵敏度换能器用于各种精密测量应用，特别是那些需要耦合到多个灵敏换能器模式的应用。
