发现一颗靠近的M9型棕星

摘要
我们报告发现了一颗仅位于8.2光年处的新型M9.0棕星，这在我们搜索靠近超低温棕星(I-J >= 3.0，晚于M8.0)的DENIS数据库中被识别。我们测得其非常高的视差速度为2.5 arc-sec/年。从其低分辨率光谱中测得的PC3指数给出了约8.2光年的光度距离。这使其成为第三近距离M9.0棕星。
