额外规范玻色子的发现与鉴别

摘要
我们总结了拟议的未来对撞机对新的重中性()和带电()规范玻色子的发现潜力和诊断能力。在 TEVATRON、DI-TEVATRON、LHC、500 GeV NLC 和 1 TeV NLC 上,对 可达到的典型界限分别约为 1~TeV、2~TeV、4~TeV、1-3~TeV 和 2-6~TeV。对于 1 TeV,LHC 将有能力将 夸克和轻子耦合的归一化幅度确定到约 ,而 NLC 则允许确定耦合(包括其符号),误差棒大 2 倍,前提是具备重味标记和电子束的纵向极化能力。
