摘要
模式纯度是光学涡旋质量的重要参考。在这项工作中，我们提出了一种基于相移技术的自干涉方法，用于直接测量叠加光学涡旋中的单分量。该方法具有优异的灵活性和鲁棒性，可应用于多种场合和苛刻条件。通过精细对准和优化误差分析，我们能够生成并测量模式纯度高达 99.997% 的单分量。
