利用变角光谱椭偏仪直接反演体半无限超材料等效介电常数与磁导率的方法

摘要
本工作中,我们提出了一种由变角光谱椭偏仪测量直接反演体半无限超材料等效介电常数与磁导率的简便方法。从熟知的菲涅耳方程出发,我们推导出一个解析表达式,其中未知系数利用线性回归模型拟合实验数据。随后通过求解一个简单方程组确定等效介电常数与磁导率,并基于物理判据选取正确解。作为示例,该方法被应用于一种呈现强各向同性光学磁性的自组装超材料。
