RHIC 上 Au+Au 碰撞中的直接光子产生

摘要
介绍了 PHENIX 实验在 √s_NN = 200 GeV 的 Au+Au 碰撞中横向动量 1 < p_T < 13 GeV/c 的直接光子产生结果。高 p_T 直接光子产额按硬过程粒子产生的预期标度。这支持喷注淬火模型，该模型将高 p_T 强子的抑制归因于快部分子在夸克胶子等离子体中的能量损失。通过小不变质量 e⁺e⁻ 对测量的低 p_T 直接光子能谱，可能与 RHIC 上 Au+Au 碰撞中热直接光子的产生有关。
