半导体激光器动力学行为中 B 类到 A 类转变的直接观测

摘要
通过连续控制亚毫米至厘米长度腔内光子的寿命，直接观测了半导体激光器的 B 类和 A 类动力学行为之间的转变。实验和理论均证明了从共振到过阻尼行为的转变是渐进发生的，没有任何不连续性。特别地，发现中间机制表现出 A 类和 B 类机制两者的典型特征。证明了激光强度噪声是激光动力学行为的有力探针。
