摘要
我们提出采用微波S参数方法来测量约瑟夫森耦合层状超导体中的相位振荡模式（POMs）。首次在SmBa2Cu3O7（SmBCO）和YBa2Cu3O7-b（YBCO）中，在77 K下，我们直接观测到了一些远低于约瑟夫森等离子体频率的POMs。观测到一系列离散模式，并在POMs中进行了定性讨论。该方法可能是该领域一个强大而灵活的工具。
