Tc与YBa2Cu3O7-x中CuO2双层间距的直接关联

摘要

我们报告了在高品质[YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO)_N / PrBa2Cu3O7 (PBCO)_5](厚度为1000 Å)超晶格中,施加等应变和脱氧对其影响。高空间分辨率电子能量损失光谱(EELS)显示,受应变且完全氧化的YBCO层处于欠掺杂状态。无论是通过应变还是脱氧诱导欠掺杂,X射线衍射分析均表明Tc与CuO2双层间距之间存在直接关联。
