摘要

介电常数测量表明，(1-x)NaNbO3-(x)Gd1/3NbO3晶体在 $x=0.09$ 时，在150°C附近表现出一个一级相变，该相变在宽温度区间内是弥散的。发现ε(T)热滞回线的面积依赖于退火和冷却温度。偏振光光学研究表明，在此相变时畴尺寸减小。所得结果通过假设居里温度的空间分布进行了拟合。
