Diffractive Photoproduction of Psi(2S) Mesons at HERA

摘要
在 HERA ep 集中器上使用 H1 检测器于 1996-2000 年收集的数据报告了 psi(2S) 介子的衍射光子产生结果。数据对应于 77 pb^{-1} 的积分亮度。psi(2S) 衍射光子产生交叉截断的能量依赖性发现类似或可能略大于 J/psi 的能量依赖性。弹性和质子脱落 psi(2S) 光子产生交叉截断对平方动量转移 t 在质子顶点的依赖性被测量。弹性通道的参数化为 e^(bt)，得到 b_(el)^(psi(2S))=(4.31+-0.57+-0.46) GeV^{-2)，与 J/psi 一致。对于质子脱落通道，结果 b_(pd)^(psi(2S))=(0.59+-0.13+-0.12) GeV^{-2)，与 J/psi 测量值低 2.3 个标准差。经过恰当考虑单个波函数后，基于Perturbative QCD 的理论预测能够良好地描述测量结果。
