摘要
我们报告了 La1.5Sr0.5NiO4 的介电响应,这种体系在室温以上呈现电荷有序态,并在 160-200 K 的温度区间发生其电荷有序图案的重新排列。通过对电接触方式、样品厚度和颗粒大小对实验数据的影响进行细致分析,我们确定该材料具有较高的本征介电常数。随温度变化的介电常数在电荷有序图案重新排列区域显示出一个最大值,这表明两种现象之间的关联。
