红外阻挡、基于气凝胶的散射滤镜在远红外、亚毫米和微波波段具有广泛的潜在应用前景。本文展示了导电加载的聚酰亚胶气凝胶滤镜能够满足若干实验的机械和科学仪器要求,包括 Cosmology Large Angular Scale Surveyor(CLASS)、Experiment for Cryogenic Large-Aperture Intensity Mapping(EXCLAIM)以及 Sub-millimeter Solar Observation Lunar Volatiles Experiment(SSOLVE)。滤镜的热力学多物理仿真预测了其在集成到低温接收机后的性能。原型滤镜经历 4\,K 低温循环后机械性能未出现退化。测量滤镜的全球球面反射率和透射率,以及在完整接收机上下文中的低温测试,允许估算滤镜的集成红外发射率。了解发射率有助于仪器设计师在未来的行星科学、天文学和宇宙学实验中将其集成到系统中。
