欠掺杂 $BaFe_2(As_{1-x}P_x)_2$ 中的抗磁涡旋屏障条纹

我们报道了针对欠掺杂 BaFe2(As1xPx)2BaFe_2(As_{1-x}P_x)_2 (x=0.26x=0.26) 的磁力显微镜(MFM)测量,结果显示沿平行于孪晶边界的条纹处超导性增强。这些增强抗磁响应的条纹在有限磁场中冷却时会排斥涡旋,而当我们用磁性MFM针尖拖动涡旋时则充当屏障。当我们升温样品接近超导转变温度时,这些条纹消失。我们表明条纹在样品升温时可以移动,并评论了这些条纹与先前在 Ba(Fe1xCox)2As2Ba(Fe_{1-x}Co_x)_2As_2 中观察到的类似条纹之间的关系。
