频率可调超导量子比特的非绝热门

摘要

我们利用频率可调超导量子比特展示了非绝热两量子比特门,在快至 18 ns 内实现低至 4.3(2)1034.3(2)\cdot 10^{-3} 的 Pauli 错误率。这是通过将纠缠参数与泄漏通道中的极小值同步而实现的。该同步在门参数空间中呈现出与模型预测相符的图景,并有助于稳健的调谐。我们用交叉熵基准测试检验了类 iSWAP 门与 CPHASE 门。所提出的方法也可推广至多体操作。
