Yb基中间价体系中Kadowaki-Woods关系的偏离

摘要

电导率的T²系数A与电子比热系数γ进行比较。结果显示,许多包含YbCuAl、YbInCu4、YbAl3和YbCu5的体系,其A/γ²值接近0.4×10⁻⁶ μΩ·cm(mol·K/mJ)²,显著小于已知的Kadowaki-Woods关系A/γ²=1.0×10⁻⁵ μΩ·cm(mol·K/mJ)²。经验上,A/γ²值较小的化合物表现出较弱的相邻间磁关联和/或几乎完全退化(J=5/2或7/2)基态。
