用于高能物理的纳米复合材料光掩埋器开发

摘要

半导体纳米晶(量子点)是具有高量子产率且制造相对容易的光致发体。因此,针对开发用于高能物理的高性能光掩埋器,存在浓厚兴趣。然而,少数前期研究聚焦于这些材料对高能粒子的响应。为评估纳米复合材料光掩埋器在能量沉积计量中的潜力,我们正在对使用电子束和最小离子粒子束进行的纤维沙子尔掩埋器原型进行侧面比较测试,以直接比较获得的性能。
