摘要
基于CMOS耗尽型单片有源像素传感器技术的Belle II实验顶点探测器升级项目,计划在2032年至2034年第二次长期停机期间,与SuperKEKB对撞机相互作用区的重大改造同时进行。目前正在研发的名为OBELIX的MAPS传感器,源自TJ-Monopix2的后续产品,并进行了修改以确保与Belle II触发系统的兼容性。新的顶点探测器由两层四个自支撑的连续OBELIX传感器和三层安装在机械支撑结构上的分立OBELIX传感器组成,读出柔性电路附着在传感器上。探测器围绕束流管呈圆柱形排列,半径范围从14毫米到140毫米。为了提升物理性能,需要最小化物质预算。我们介绍了该项目的概况及其最新进展,特别强调了采用铝导体的低物质预算柔性电路的开发。
