摘要
本文回顾了LEP实验对τ中微子质量上限的直接测定。讨论了实验方法、结果以及与LEP以外测量的比较。对系统误差的研究表明，LEP结果是统计限制的，因此它们的组合将提高对重τ中微子的灵敏度。ALEPH和OPAL测量的非官方组合给出了τ中微子质量在95%置信水平下的上限为15 MeV。
