我们从包含半轻子B介子衰变谱估计重夸克有效理论参数λ_1。利用最近的CLEO双轻子标记数据B→X e ν（其轻子动量低至0.6 GeV），我们提取出λ_1 ~ -0.58 GeV^2。我们还推导出Λ̄ ~ 0.46 GeV和|V_cb| = 0.041 ± 0.002。
