摘要
本文通过对美国最高法院大法官所写法律判决中使用的虚词进行统计分析，来确定哪些大法官的写作风格最具多变性（这可能表明他们在撰写意见书时更依赖其法律书记员），以及不同大法官的写作风格彼此可区分的程度。
