检测非高斯随机引力波背景

摘要
我们推导了一种用于探测由事件平均发生间隔与事件平均持续时间之比很大的事件产生的引力波随机背景的方法。此类信号听起来就像爆米花 popping 一样。我们的推导基于这样一种假设：事件的持续时间小于探测器的时间分辨率，这一假设有时显得并不现实。
