设计接近铝基复合材料母材的高性能复合接头

摘要
通过超声振动辅助的新连接技术，制备了性能接近铝基复合材料母材的高性能复合接头。我们发现微观结构与力学性能均系统性地依赖于结合区中增强颗粒的体积分数和分布。该研究可推广至其他陶瓷增强金属基复合材料的连接。
