基于石墨烯的超紧凑超散射体设计

摘要
能量-动量色散关系是等离子体系统的基本属性。在本文中,我们展示了色散工程方法可用于设计基于石墨烯的超紧凑超散射体。基于玻尔模型,对等效平面波导的色散关系进行工程化以增强介质圆柱的散射截面。不同阶的玻尔条件在多个色散曲线上于同一谐振频率处得到满足。因此,通过精细调节两层石墨烯之间的间隙厚度,一阶和二阶散射项的谐振峰在深亚波长尺度上重叠。利用这种基于石墨烯的超紧凑超散射体,介质圆柱的散射截面可增强五个数量级。
