在平面波照射下，采用纯透射性Huygens元 surfaces模型用于推导描述单元细胞的电路参数，使得在两个不同频段可获得不同的折射角。通过限制 certain 参数数量的不同精度层级的电路描述可接近解析解。随后通过计算各种策略的两种表示形式的确切公式进行验证。使用单元细胞的仿真计算，我们 then 检查这些电路参数是否对应于称为parallel 'dogbone'结构的几何版本。此类设备旨作为双频段(双色)、双角度光束折射器，在两个不同频段将入射光束偏转至不同方向且无反射。
