IHEP上325MHz半波谐振腔原型的设计

摘要
中国科学院高能物理研究所(IHEP)研制了一台325MHz β=0.14超导半波谐振腔(HWR)原型,可应用于连续波(CW)高束流质子加速器。本文详细介绍了电磁(EM)设计、multipacting模拟、机械优化和制造。在4.2K垂直测试中,腔体达到Eacc=7MV/m且Q0=1.4*10^9,以及Eacc=15.9MV/m且Q0=4.3*10^8。
