摘要

宇宙学大角尺度巡天仪(CLASS)旨在探测并表征原初B模信号,并对再电离光深作出样本方差受限的测量。CLASS是一台地基、多频段微波偏振计,每天从阿塔卡马沙漠巡测70%的微波天空。所有CLASS望远镜的焦平面探测器阵列均包含光滑壁馈源喇叭,通过对称平面正交模转换器(OMT)天线耦合到跃迁边沿传感器(TES)辐射热计。这些低噪声偏振敏感探测器阵列制作于单晶硅片上,以保持TES均匀性并优化整片晶圆的光学效率。本文讨论首个CLASS 93 GHz探测器阵列的设计与表征。我们测量了探测器的暗参数、带通和噪声谱,并报告探测器受光子噪声限制。在当前82%的阵列良率下,我们估计总阵列噪声等效功率(NEP)为2.1 aWs\sqrt[]{\mathrm{s}}
