kHz激光光击场加速器中超低emittance束的演示及其在电子衍射中的应用

我们 presented一种用于测量kHz重复频率激光光击场加速器电子束emittance的紧凑且高效的方法,采用永久磁 solenoid。测得的归一化 emittance 为 (约等于 ),加速至 ,其数值相当于用于电子衍射的超低 emittance射频枪的数值。凭借这一低 emittance,我们成功地将电子束用于电子衍射。我们展示了从单晶硅纳米膜样品上获得的衍射图像,清晰地解析出多个衍射峰。
