用于皮层下脑三维形状模型质量控制的深度学习

摘要

我们提出了若干深度学习模型,用于评估从脑MRI中提取的深灰质区域模型的形态测量保真度。我们在几何特征的2D图上测试了三种不同的卷积神经网络架构(VGGNet、ResNet和Inception)。此外,我们提出了一种基于参数化球面映射的新颖几何特征增强技术。最后,我们提出了一种模型决策可视化方法,使人工评分者能够看到最可能被机器判定为质量不合格的皮层下形状区域。我们的训练数据来自ENIGMA精神分裂症MRI队列的5200名受试者,测试数据集包含ENIGMA重度抑郁症队列的1500名受试者。我们的最终模型将人工评分时间减少了46-70%。在所有预测任务中,ResNet均优于VGGNet和Inception。
