摘要
本工作展示了恰当的图像预处理如何改进基于深度学习的结肠部分三维重建。其假设是，在结肠镜中应当校正局部欠曝光和过曝光，而非全局图像光照校正。本文首先给出包含图像曝光校正和 RNN-SLAM 的流水线概述。随后，本文量化了在有和无恰当光照校正情况下结肠内内窥镜轨迹的重建精度。
