紧凑星系群与更大尺度结构的关联

摘要
我们指出，紧凑星系群 (CGs) 常常与更大的尺度结构相关联，且对于在更高红移处以相同标准选取的 CGs，这种关联变得更为常见。我们的发现表明，CGs 是宇宙结构形成过程的固有组成部分，且在 LambdaCDM（或“统一”）模型中是一致的，但仅当星系形成是偏过程时才成立。
