我们研究了填充染料的微腔中泵浦光子系统的稳态。通过改变泵浦和热化，系统可在玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚、多模凝聚和激光之间调节。我们给出了丰富的非平衡相图，展示了这些相之间的转变，包括在通常有利于凝聚的条件下个别模式的反凝聚。
