小型磁性簇相变的误导性信号

摘要
我们对小型过渡金属簇的热力学性质进行分析，揭示了诸如比热或磁化率峰等常用相变指标可能导致对基础物理误解的方式。通过分析在整个复平面上配分函数零点的分布，揭示了相变的本质。我们表明，正温度下磁化率中的信号起源于负温度处的零点。
