摘要
在BCS近似下，我们考虑了一个包含序参量相位涨落的高Tc铜氧化物唯象晶格模型，以解释Bi2212样品的ARPES测量实验数据。我们估计了低于平均场转变温度Tc^{MF}的Kosterlitz-Thouless (KT)转变温度Tc^{KT}，获得了不同对称性竞争序参量之间的相边界，并确定了拟合d_{x^2-y^2}对称性ARPES能隙的最佳模型参数。Tc^{KT}随掺杂浓度δ的变化与实验定性一致。
