在很大程度上受到观测紧致额外维度迹象可能性的推动，对牛顿引力在短距离上偏差的实验搜寻在过去五年中灵敏度提高了多个数量级。我们回顾了在从几微米到几厘米范围内负责当前新效应限制的实验的基本特征，并讨论了近期的前景。
