急性卒中监测中的CT图像配准

摘要
我们提出了一种基于在患者脑部CT检查上使用图像配准技术追踪卒中病灶时间演化的新系统。该系统能够比较过去的CT检查与和卒中事件相关的最近一次检查，以评估与卒中无关的既往病灶。随后，它可比较与当前卒中相关的最近CT检查，以评估病灶随时间的演化。我们还引入了一种新的相似性度量，用于在图像配准过程中比较源图像与目标图像。这将实现对急性卒中阶段更廉价、更快速且更易获取的评价，克服当前最先进系统的局限性。
