电子激活伽马射线荧光的截面

摘要
我们报告了在入射动能分别为500 keV和5 MeV时,电子束的瞬态电磁场直接激发高达200 keV伽马射线跃迁的截面。对于500 keV的电子入射动能,电子激活伽马射线荧光的截面约为300毫靶恩;对于5 MeV的电子入射动能,截面约为10微靶恩。电子激发核跃迁可能导致窄能量定义伽马辐射脉冲源的发展。
