光子BiCMOS技术中剪切二维光栅耦合器的交叉偏振效应

摘要
我们通过数值与实验研究光子BiCMOS技术中的剪切二维光栅耦合器,重点关注其分束行为。考虑了波导到光栅剪切角的两种实现形式。用作优值的交叉偏振被证明强烈依赖于光栅扰动强度,并且不仅是光栅分束性能的关键限制,也是其耦合效率的关键限制。
