摘要
我们展示了碳纳米管约瑟夫森量子点结中临界电流和过剩电流的温度与磁场依赖性测量结果。该结在受控环境中制备，从而能够提取完整的临界电流。测量在开放量子点区域进行，并与理论拟合，获得了良好的定性一致。我们还展示了如何从偏压谱图中提取开放量子点的能级间距、能级展宽和充电能。
