带有手性场的 D=11 五膜的协变作用量

摘要
我们为 D=11 超引力的引力与反对称规范场背景中的、带有世界体手性场的玻色五膜提出了一个完整的类 Born-Infeld作用量。当五膜耦合到一个三阶反对称规范场时,五膜的局域世界体对称性要求在作用量中加入一个适当的 Wess-Zumino 项。为保持模型的一般坐标不变性与洛伦兹不变性,我们引入了一个辅助标量场。该辅助场可通过规范固定相应的局域对称性来消去,代价是失去显式的 d=6 世界体协变性。该五膜模型的双重降维给出了带有 Wess-Zumino 项的 D=10 四-D-膜的 Born-Infeld 作用量。
