CoTe2:具有强自旋涨落的量子临界Dirac金属

摘要

分隔弱铁磁相和顺磁相的量子临界点引发许多新奇现象。动力学自旋涨落不仅抑制长程序,还可导致不寻常的输运甚至超导。将量子临界性与拓扑电子性质结合提供了罕见而独特的机会。在此,通过第一性原理计算和磁、热及输运测量,我们表明正交晶系CoTe2_2接近铁磁性,其似乎被自旋涨落所抑制。计算和输运测量揭示了节点Dirac线,使其成为接近量子临界性与Dirac拓扑的罕见组合。
