摘要
对薄 epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-delta 薄膜测得的隧穿谱显示出强烈的空间变化，表现出 U 型和 V 型隧穿隧道，以及 d 波超导体特征的零偏置电导峰。隧穿谱与表面形貌之间存在完整对应关系，分辨率达到单元层级。我们观察到在最佳掺杂和过掺杂薄膜中，零偏置电导峰出现分裂，但在欠掺杂薄膜中未见分裂，这表明在欠掺杂 regime 中不存在时间反演对称性破缺的相变。
