我们报告了对黑洞候选体 XTE J1118+480 的快速（毫秒）同步 X射线和光学观测，显示出在 20 毫秒至数秒的时间尺度上的相关性。相关性的形状难以用现有模型解释。我们建议这是由密集的、相对较慢的流出（来自盘的内侧区域）中的光学环流合成辐射造成的。
