排他性衍射过程对 SIDIS 中测得方位角不对称性的贡献

摘要

在非极化核子上半包容深度非弹性散射(SIDIS)的强子轻子产生,可通过截面中方位角调制的测量,获取核子内夸克内禀横向动量及 Boer-Mulders 函数的信息。这些调制近来由 DESY 的 HERMES 实验在质子与氘靶上、以及由 COMPASS 实验利用 CERN SPS 缪子束与 6^6LiD 靶测得。在这两种情形下,cosϕh\cos\phi_hcos2ϕh\cos 2\phi_h 调制的振幅对正负强子均表现出强烈的运动学依赖。人们早已知道,这些 SIDIS 实验中所测末态强子接收了矢量介子排他性衍射产生的贡献,该贡献在较大的 zz(强子所携虚光子能量份额)值处尤为重要。在以往的方位角不对称性测量中未考虑此贡献,因为当时并不知晓其会扭曲方位角调制。目前,已发展出一种评估排他性反应对 COMPASS 所测方位角不对称性贡献的方法。扣除该贡献可更好理解运动学效应,而剩余的非零 cos2ϕh\cos 2\phi_h 调制则给出了非零 Boer-Mulders 效应的迹象。
