持续学习与隐私遗忘

摘要
随着智能体在更长时间内自主化，它们可能最终成为特定人物的终身伴侣。若如此，用户可能常希望智能体临时掌握某项任务，后因隐私顾虑要求遗忘该任务。然而，使智能体按用户指定私下遗忘而不降低其余已学知识是一项挑战。为应对该挑战，本文形式化了这一持续学习与隐私遗忘(CLPU)问题。本文进一步引入一个直接但精确隐私的解决方案CLPU-DER++，作为解决CLPU问题的第一步，并设计了一组精心设计的基准问题以评估所提方案的有效性。代码见https://github.com/Cranial-XIX/Continual-Learning-Private-Unlearning。
