在越南西原大学建设天文观测台

摘要
我们计划在越南多乐省西原大学（TNU）建设一座包含一台40厘米光学望远镜的观测台。本文报告我们项目的初期活动。首先，为准备观测台的科学利用，我们于2017年4月在国际跨学科科学教育中心（归仁）和2018年11月在芽庄观测台（芽庄）为学生组织了观测之夜。这些活动旨在为学生提供天文观测技能并培养其天文学学习热情。其次，我们正在西原大学组织年度天体物理研究探索计划（EPAR）。EPAR的目标是促进西原大学的教学与学习活动，并推动西原大学与其他机构的合作。最后，我们正在开展西原大学与京都大学京都天文观测台的联合研究项目，以准备观测台的技术细节。
