系外卫星宜居性的约束

摘要
研究表明利用 Kepler 空间望远镜探测大质量系外卫星是可行的。Kepler 在恒星宜居带内发现约 50 颗系外行星，这自然引发了我们对其假想卫星宜居性的思考。来自行星的照明、食、潮汐加热和潮汐锁定使得系外卫星的远程表征区别于系外行星。我们展示了如何基于当前及近期技术可获取的参数来评估系外卫星的宜居性。
