NOvA 中 $\nu_e$ 出现与 $\nu_\mu$ 消失对振荡参数的约束

摘要

本文报告了 NOvA 实验对 νμνe\nu_\mu \rightarrow \nu_e 跃迁的改进测量结果。使用相当于 6.05×10206.05\times10^{20} 质子打靶的曝光量,观察到 33 个 νe\nu_e 候选事件,背景为 8.2±0.88.2\pm0.8( syst. )。结合最新的 NOvA νμ\nu_\mu 消失数据以及来自反应堆实验对 sin22θ13\sin^22\theta_{13} 的外部约束,对于所有 δCP\delta_{CP} 值,反质量层级且 θ23\theta_{23} 处于下半八分区的假设在大于 93%93\% 置信水平上被排除。
